We only accept returns at our discretion. You must contact us for authorisation prior to returning unwanted goods. To return an item you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Goods must be returned unopened and in a saleable condition. We will email you a returns label for you to attach to the outside of the the box to be dropped off at any Royal Mail post office at your convenience. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns from the USA due to US legislation on spirits.
For delivery in the UK
, we charge a flat fee of £7.95 regrdless of where you are located and the quantity of your order. We aim to deliver most parcels the next day but please allow 2-4 working days for delivery. Occasionally, if an item is out of stock it may take an extra 2-3 days to arrive but we will always contact you in advance to warn of any delay. Please note due to new Covid regulations orders may be slightly delayed due to disruptions in the supply chain.
All deliveries must be signed for by someone over 18 and are insured to the full value of the goods incase of any accidental damage.
Shipping to the USA
: There are different costs of shipping to certain states due to import laws, so please select either USA 1, or USA 2 depending on which state you would like it delivered to. If you find the shipping charges prohibitive, sometimes sending it to an address in a neighboring State can reduce the costs. At the moment, Utah is the only State we cannot ship to. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns from the USA due to US legislation on private individuals shipping spirits overseas. Please note, someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for it. PO Box no's are also strictly prohibited.
International delivery charges
vary depending on loction and quantity. You will find a list of shipping charges below. If your country is not listed then please get in touch as we can deliver to most countries accross the world. Non UK customers will NOT be charged VAT on any goods purchased from Whisky Fix. Please be aware small customs or excise charges may be applicable to orders sent to countries outwith the UK at the point of entry and are the responsibility of the customer. Please enter the phone number of the consignee in the address section of the checkout as this is a requirement of our courier companies to ensure hassle free delivery, as they will phone prior to delivery to ensure someone is there to sign for it.
