September tasting notes
Nose: Strong notes of sea breeze and and peat smoke. Classic Laphroaig iodine properties.
Palate: Very fruity. Strawberries, citrus fruits and blackcurrants with hints of cigar smoke, leather and honey.
Finish: Medicinal with lots of coastal freshness. Long and briny.
Nose: Very smoky and fiery. Seashells, apples, almonds and butterscotch.
Palate: Again it has a creamy texture with notes of pepper, tar, peat smoke, figs, oranges and eucalyptus.
Finish: Long and earthy with a coastal saltiness
Nose: Crisp apple, pear, apricot and gooseberry. Slightly rich and sweet, but not as much as traditional sherry cask Glendronach's.
Palate: Cinnamon, ginger, candied peel and pepper. Hints of espresso, chocolate and caramel.
Finish: Medium in length with dried fruits, wood smoke and spice
